DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Apply detox patch an hour before bedtime.
Wash and dry the feet (or other body part) before applying the patch.
Peel of the backing on the adhesive sheet.
Place the pad on the adhesive sheet. Follow instructions printed on the detox pad to stick the correct side of the pad onto the adhesive sheet. Place the pad and adhesive on the soles of the feet or on other body part, as desired. Socks can be worn.
Wait for 8 – 10 hours and remove pad.
Wipe surface with wet towel to remove sticky residue.
Used patches will appear dark green or gray as they absorb toxins and waste from your body.
Continue use until the discoloration on the pad subsides.
Apply once or twice a week for maintenance.
